I am 65 …after yard work, painting or my dragon boat pratice having a muscle check soak and using the rub I am able to sleep well ,feel great the next day able to do it all over again.

I have been using this product for 5 years or more and I tell everyone about it. It helps so much with my arthritis pain. My husband last night came home and he had such a sore
